L% is manifested phonetically as a low sustained tone or a low descending tone that attains the baseline of the speaker.

It is found at the end of broad and narrow focus statements, imperatives, anti-expectative and imperative yes-no questions, wh-questions, etc.

La niña morena come mandarinas.
