Ting Yao

About him

Ting Yao is a first-year Ph.D. student at the Department of Translation and Language Sciences at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Catalunya). He holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Fujian Normal University (Fuzhou, China) and a M.A. in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Catalunya). His research focuses on how a multimodal narrative intervention can boost L2 learners’ narrative ability and pronunciation.
